After the end of the cold war, which existed for many decades between Soviet Union and America, is existing and very much alive. After the break up of Soviet Union in 1991, Russia and America Signed various treaties in order to defend the world from nuclear war.
As America has recently closed its anti ballistic missile treaty because of which now these two superpowers are free to exploit their scientific potential to the maximum.By the result of which Russia is testing its 9M 730 Burevestnik nuclear powered cruise missile and Poseidon torpedo.On 9th August 2019, nuclear powered cruise missile accident has had happened in Severodvinsk in the Northern Russia at Nyonoksa missile testing site, where the gamma radiation has been noted 10 to 20 times higher causing the alarm of nuclear radiation.
The accident reminds the Chernobyl incident which took place 33 years back in Soviet Union, in the Missile test accident five scientist have been killed, which also reminds the Russian unorthodox behaviour towards achieving the top technologies without caring the lives of its citizens and scientists.
Abolishing the Missile treaties between these two super powers will make this world a dangerous place for Mankind because America and Russia contains 90% of the world's nuclear Arsenal.
