Crime in Teaching

Teachers are the builders of a society and of a nation. After parents, teachers takes up the charge or responsibility of molding and refining a character of a student. With the depleting level of education in India and Punjab horrific times are coming ahead, substantial amount of teachers are working without credible character, enthusiasm or an interest in teaching, which plays a very destructive role within the periphery of education.
 It is not only, the duty to upbring or improve the skills of a student in the field of education but the most important part or role of a teacher is to induce the very important values of being a human and a responsible citizen of a country. What are the important values of a very healthy human that should be being responsible, to be in discipline, to follow time table, to be humble, truthful and can't be corrupted. Above are very difficult qualities to be attained and then maintained.



  There are two current sectors working in India in which teachers are recruited, one is public sector in which teachers gets job after competing some of the very intensive tests in their life times, but even after getting handsome amount of monthly salaries and various allowances, in large numbers of them do not do their duties regularly which results in the depleted qualities in students which make them paralyzed in the highly competitive world to get jobs. Ultimately most of the students can't get jobs, many gets disappointed with life, others gets into the trape of drug addiction or settles at low paying jobs, but hold on if even few of them manage to become a politician then what happens, then the bomb gets explode. Now the unqualified, lack of moral values, without discipline having those things in a politician andwill drive a nation or a state in a terrible times.

This terrible gift of a  leader in the form of a politician, a doctor, a civil servant or an engineer will kill the society slowly and painfully, credit goes to inefficient teachers
. On the other hand, in private sector who are exploited, under-qualified or qualified teachers they have their own excuse for not doing quality teaching because of low payment that they receive in the end of the month. But teacher should realise whether in a public or in the private sector that they are creators of a society or a nation, they should be responsible, today's children will form or destroy the very niche of today. It all depends upon how today's students are dealt with if they are brought up with greater values of a good character, discipline and other qualities they will make underdeveloped nation to a developed nation within few decades but if brought up with careless and irresponsible teachers, they will push a developing nation into stone age.



 
Special laws in the "Constitution " should be framed to give a capital punishment to the teachers, lecturers or professors if found of negligence in their duties because after that whole nation will suffer from there students.
I would like to wish happy teachers day to all my mentors from them, I have got lot of knowledge and guidance and the free ideas, which I write in my blog, I have tons of respect and love for them but I wish that every teacher should become sincere and responsible because either they can create a healthy society or a nation or they can make a society or a country a hell.

The Khalsa for Aid.......

The tenth Guru Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji of the Sikh religion, had created Khalsa few hundred years back in the history but the principles of Khalsa is continuing and serving the people who are deprived and desperate for the help.
